I've done some looking and alot of SBS (Side By Side) fridges are having a similar problem. The freezer is working, fridge isn't...Mine is having the same problem. I've tried the Hotpoint people and alot of them have some of the basics... I have cleaned the enclosed coil, I think. I can't tell for sure what was cleaned, it was like a radiator grille or Power supply unit vent only it was drum shaped(a sideways cylinder). I checked the fridge/freezer vent for blockage, the freezer cooling has been all settings and the fridge still doesn't cool. I checked for frost, nothing. I was looking at Ken591's post linked here:

and I was wondering if it's practical to check it out and maybe do it myself... I am at wit's end, Can't afford new fridge, can't afford a tech... Freezer is very cold but no air is blowing into the fridge. I'm trying something else, setting freezer to 9 and fridge to 4, see if that helps at least a little.
