Refrigerator is too cold. The frig control setting is on the lowest possible and food still freezes in the lower compartments. I thoroughly cleaned all coils and the problem remains. With the refrigerator control at the lowest setting, lower compartments of the refrigerator are at 30-32F and upper levels are 38-40F. Could it be the thermostat? Damper control? From other threads, I can only guess. If so, are these components difficult to access? Thanks very much for your help.
