I found that this fan is located in the bottom freezer area and is working. It's has strong air coming out of the register. Does this mean that the main board is the problem? EBR34917104? How do I verify that the board is working or not? Can I make voltage or resistance checks to it? Can you give me a link to a repair manual? Thank you.
