I have a GE Arctica that will not hold temp. Fridge is about 50 and freezer is about 25. We have cleaned under and behind, replaced motherboard and still have same results. Today we took the the freezer inside panel off and the aluminum coils were frozen. All fans have been working properly. We are now defrosting and wonder if there is another issue that we should be investigating to cause this freezing or if the problem all along was that it was frozen solid. Thanks.

Probably a bad defrost heater. If black inside with a gap, it's blown, order one here based on the measured length.
