How Do I Remove the Coupling from the Ice Dispenser motor
Model Number: GC5SHGXLS0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
I am trying to replace the ice maker motor in my Whirlpool fridge (motor part # GC5SHGXLS00. I cannot get the coupling piece off of the motor, specifically the shaft piece. There is no way to hold the motor still in order to "unscrew" the coupling.
PLEASE HELP! We need to fix this in our house before the owners move in. Ads By Google Related Models
