My refrigerator began not cooling as it should - temperature is set on 33 degrees, however, thermometer reads 43 degrees. Freezer temperature is set on 0 degrees, and thermometer reads
0 degrees.

I have removed bottom front cover and cleaned condenser coils. Both fans are running as they should.

I read a thread on your website about checking defrost timer, however, I am having difficulty finding it on my refrigerator. Please help!
