Whirlpool Refrigerator not freezing or cooling

Model Number: G2SHKXXBO1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

The refrigerator is not cooling it is top freezer model. The switch in the refrigerator section on the top inside is making a clicking noise when you open door. Any suggestions on what to check for?
