The ice in the freezer started melting and then refreezing and clumping together, also the auger would freeze and not turn until I took it out & thawed it. I replaced the motor on the auger, the motherboard & the defrost thermostat & am still having the same problem

I would locate the freezer and fresh food thermistors and replace them. You can test them imersed in ice water for 5 minutes, should be 16.3 kohm.

Received the thermistor on Thurs, installed it yesterday, so far the ice hasn't melted & the auger hasn't frozen. Thank you for your help !!
