Ice Maker won't dispense ice

Model Number: ARS2661BC Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years

Hello I have an Amana refrigerator and the ice maker stopped dispensing the ice. It makes the ice just fine but will not dispense it properly. It is like the dispenser wants to rotate to dispense but something is keeping it from turning.
