Hello. My refrigerator and freezer are not cooling at all anymore. The unit is a double door fridge with a bottom freezer and is only 2 yrs old. The evaporator is at room temp and did not freeze up. The motherboard has been replaced twice along with both evaporator fans.
The compressor turns on and so does it's fan, just not cooling....at all.
Does anybody have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

If the compressor and fans are running but there is no frost covered the evaporator then there is a problem with the sealed system. Check the manufacturer warranty. It can still be covered.

Thanks a million Gene. I'll double check my warranty. 1 last question... Do u think I should schedule a repair through GE, or can any well known repair facility handle the warranty, if it falls in the perameters. Thx again man.
