Installing Main board on GE Refrigerator GSH25SGPASS
Model Number: Main board WR55X10942 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Instructions say to cut thermister wire in pin 2 of J1 connector...Diagram shows a wire in pin 1 and 2...but we have no wire in pin 1. Should we still cut pin 2? It is a thin white wire.

Hi.
Reconnect back the cut wires using wire nut and check for a few days. Post the results. Simon.
