The Fridge side is holding at about 54 degrees the freezer 32. I don't know where to start. The digital display shows the fridge is set to 9 (coldest) on both but its not getting any colder on either side.

Hi. First check if evaporator and condenser fans are running, if the compressor is not clicking on and off. Clean the condenser coils really well. Check if the freezer's back panel is covered with snow. If it is then there is a defrost problem.
Post the results.

Simon Had a guy come look at it at no charge.:D He said the circuit board is bad and causing the fan to not work so there is no circulation. But everything else looks good. $250 to repair. Is this something you can walk me through if I go get the part? I know we did great when you helped me repair stuff before. Hi. It's not very hard to replace the evaporator fan motor, just need patience and some basic skills. You will also need to replace the control board located at the back of the fridge behind the metal cover plate. You may have to do some adjustments to the harness - read the instructions. When ordering the motor check if you need the one with or without the thermistor. The evaporator motor Part number: WR60X10185
