If your are sure that you have good water pressure to the refrigerator I would then replace the water valve.

Default Replaced intake valve and there is still no water or ice

I have a side by side whirlpool refrigerator. I am having similar problems with my refrigerator. I replaced the water valve and there is still no water. The water does flow from the main line to the filter to the intake valve with pretty good pressure. Since nothing happened after replacing the valve, I removed the outlet lines from the valve to see if water comes out of it, but there is no water at all.

I have been trying to resolve this problem for several days but nothign seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
