My GE side by side is making ice and dispensing water, lights and control panel all work. When I try to dispense ice cubes it just makes a noise like the motor is stuck and no ice dispenses and no ice builds up in the door dispenser. When I try to dispense crused ice, no noise or anything. Can you help with parts and how to repair?

No, it is not turning wheather the ice drawer is out or in (empty). When the drawer is out, there is a loud click & I see the plastic piece, that is below and to the left of the auger, move up about an inch and then back down when I release dispenser button, but auger doesn't move.
