Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

I have a water leak inside my refrigerator (my unit has the frig on top and freezer on the bottom). The leak is downstream of the dual water valve and only leaks when the ice machine cycles and calls for water for the next batch of ice cubes. I have the panels off so I can see that the leak is from the clear 1/4 inch water line from the top valve and goes into the liner on the inside top of frig. How do I gain access to check out the water line? The leak is coming from above the liner. Do I have to take apart the whole inside of the refrigerator? Jesse

Ice maker fill tube has an access on top of the fridge. The dispenser water line connects under the hinge cover on the top of left fridge door.
