Hello,

My GE monogram fridge is not getting very cold on the fridge side. The freezer side gets very cold it seams like. I have the setting set for the warmest temp 6 on the freezer side and the coldest 34 on the fridge side. It does display temp reading 34 on the display but i'm not sure if the accurate. Stuff in the fridge doesn't get super cold like or other fridge we have down stairs. The fridge also runs a lot like 20 hours a day. The coldest I've seen on the display is 33 but it sure doesn't seam like 33. Shouldn't this fridge get very cold almost to freezing?

We bought the fridge used and it has never gotten real cold. The mother board has been replaced and the owner gave me the old mother board when I bought it. I have cleaned all the coils and fins.

Any idea's?

Thanks,
Mark

I was able to get into service mode and check the thermostats. They passed.
