I came home from work. Fridge was making weird noise then just stopped running. It had power just didnt hear it click back on and start running again. What may have happened please help

Lights are on. Motor running. The fan in the freezer keeps shutting off. It is also not keeping the fridge cold. The freezer is not freezing. It is not blowineg out cold enough air. The freezer is staying cold like a fridge should. The fan in the freezer is what was making a weird noise thn just stopped if I push on the back of the freezer it will start back up but not cold enough for fridge. The coils on the back of the fridge r warm not hot and vibrating so I know its running. I also don't know how old the fridge is our what brand so thx for the posts list. But don't know what I would need. posts is suppose to b parts
