My model MZD2766GEB Maytag refridgerator isn't making ice. The unit is turning to flip the ice out, it just isn't putting water into the ice tray. It's not leaking water anywhere and the water dispenser in the door is working fine. How do I check to see if the icemaker needs replaced or if it's the water valve etc? Thanks, Jack

Hi.

Switch around the plugs at the water valves and press the water lever at the fountain.
If the icemaker fills up - replace it.
If not - check the continuity of the solenoids and replace the bad one.
Check if the inlet tube is frozen. If it is - replace the water
