Trisensor reads OFF for both refrigerator and freezer. Pressing temperature arrows will not turn unit on. Is there a way to reset the unit? I already tried powering down and restarting.

You have a relay/power supply board near the compressor that is probably your problem. If you have a meter, you can check for proper voltage out of it. The board in the fridg is just an encoder, probably not bad.
