Freezer works fine in winter, but as soon as hot weather comes does not work effectiv
Model Number: SGD22TW Brand: Amana Age: More than 10 years
Although this refrigerator is 15 years old it still works fine during fall and winter months, but as soon as very hot weather comes (has happened last 3 years) the freezer does not keep food items completely frozen.

Assuming the freezer temperature will go below 5 degrees during cool periods, when the fridg gets warmer, check the compressor and condensing coils, compressor may be shutting down on it's thermal overload.
