Kitchen Aid Frezzer Controls Problem
Model Number: KSSC42QMS Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
MY fridge does not respond to temperature change via the buttons in the fridge compartment (LED's always fall back to 21ºC). i can see the fridge and frezzer temp on thedisplays but cant change it. no other controls from that panel work.

Sounds like the control board (#3 on the diagram) has to be replaced.
