My refrigerator is not cooling very well (65 degrees)and the freezer is cold but not freezing (41 degrees). The coils are clean, the condenser fan is working, and there is frost on the lower back of the inside of the freezer. Any help to further troubleshoot the problem will be much appreciated.

Pull the back freezer panel, if only partial frost, you have refrigeration problems for a pro to look at.
