Cannot get ice cubes from door. Regardless of whether the switch is on cubed or crushed, crushed comes out. Seems like it's a solenoid problem. I can get the part, WR62X10054, but I have no idea where this solenoid is located in the refrigerator or how difficult it might be to get to it and replace it.

Hi.

To get to the solenoid you mentioned, remove the ice bin, the cover behind it and there is the crusher solenoid on the right.
Check what is broken, check for 120VAC at the solenoid contacts (with the door switch pressed in). Replace the needed parts.

The correct part number for the solenoid
