Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

2 years ago I updated the mother board and freezer fan motor for a noise. a couple of month ago the control panel in the fresh food section has gone black. However the operation has not been an issue. Other posts indicate the mother board should be replaced but i have already replaced it. Shold i replace the display or can I perform a few simple tests to determine the problem. Thank you for any help.

Remove the cover from the main control board and remove the J4 plug. Check for 13 VDC between the J4-2 & the J4-3, the J4-3 & the J4-1 and the J4-2 & the J4-1 pins at the control board. Post the results.

The model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost it please.
