Freezer won't cool below 58 degrees. Upon inspection coil was completely frozen. Have checked heating element and thermal couple both Okay. How can I tell if it's the control electronic assembly? Or where would I go from here? How do you remove the control electronic assembly? does it pry out, or do you have to remove the inside panel?

Hi. Check the defrost heater and defrost thermostat when it's ice cold for continuity. If they both are good -then replace the control board Part number: 297366300

Hi.
Could not find any instructions, but I would use the putty knife around the bezel and pull the control out.
Simon.
