it is cool in there but not cold it seems as if the air is not blowing
threw the vents often enough.I check it and i never feel air coming out the vent when the compressor kicks on .the freezer does fine, nice and cold

The freezer is worse than the refrigerator by the temperature. Can you see a frost build up on the rear panel in the freezer?

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and check how the evaporator is covered with snow. If it's not a light snow and it is blocked then there is a problem with the defrost system. Post the results and we will proceed with the troubleshooting.
