Dispenser face plate removal
Model Number: KSBP25FKSS01 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
How do I properly remove the dispenser face plate so that I can diagnose whether the actuator behind the ice dispenser paddle is defective? (the unit makes ice but will not dispense crushed and/or cubed ice). The auger motor is not frozen in place. There are no sounds when the paddle is activated. I've looked carefully at the faceplate and there are no detents for a slotted screwdriver.
