Freezer working fridge not cooling

Frigidaire side by side model#FRS24WRAD3. Freezer working but ice machine not and fridge not cooling. Had ice build up on back panel in freezer and around coils. Used hair dryer to defrost but fridge still not cooling. Any suggestions for this model. thanks
