Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

Hi, the freezer temperature is staying around 16 degrees and frost builds in the back of freezer rather quickly. Sometimes the temperature is down to zero but in general the temperature fluctuates very easily. The food section is normally fine but sometimes goes higher than normal. I find water drips at the bottom of the freezer door and this happens faster when I add new groceries in the freezer. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or comments.

Hi Fernando,

Does the fan inside the freezer work properly?

Remove the rear panel inside the freezer and check how the evaporator coils are covered with frost. Post the results.
