Left door CAM (your part 4430JJ2004B) fell off. Appears to be affixed to inside door part via a black plastic part with screw. Note: screw and portion of black plastic part is still attached. (photos attached) CAM does not appear to be damaged. Searching for part required to re-attach CAM to inside hinge.

Appliance Pros.com is TOPS in my book. Their phone-in support person did the research on this and got back to me quickly. For others with the same problem, the part required to attach CAM to door is gasket holder part number AP4442268 and the screw is part number AP4606918. CAM number is different for right or left door..check list of parts (left door is # AP4436507).
