Ice Make makes ice just fine, but Cubes/Crushed Ice buttons on door front have no effect, and crushed ice only is dispensed. How do I replace the solenoid assembly on the back wall behind the ice tray?

Before you order any parts it's a good idea to perform some troubleshooting.

Remove the ice container and the motor bracket. Remove the wires from the solenoid. Tape in the door switch. Check for 120 VAC to the solenoid while the ice dispenser calls for both cube and crashed ice. Post the results.
