.- Defrost Heater replaced. Old one didn't have continuity.

.- Defrost timer manually set to defrost cycle. Heater did not get hot. So I replaced defrost thermostat (store salesman sold me a cheaper and different brand) Defrost timer set to defrost cycle, heater got hot again for about 20 minutes then went to cold cycle!

.- Defrost thermostat worked for 3 days, but eventually ice built up took over and the problem come back.

.- I bought from you guys a genuine thermostat thinking that this must be the problem... I installed it and tested it by turning timer to defrost cycle but heater didn't get hot. (I tried it with and without ice)

.- D. Timer and both fans are working fine. Freezer gasket look in good condition. Any ideas what could be causing the problem?
