Model Number: afd2535fes Brand: Amana Age: 1 - 5 years
we do not use our water or ice in our refrigerator so we turn the supply off we get a sheet of ice in the bottom of our freezer we clean it out and it appears again we need to know where our pan is the refrigerator does not sweat and runs fine it is a new refrigerator few years old please help we have to keep a hand towel on the floor it is not a lot of water but enough to keep a towel down everyday please help we appreciate it very much

Pan should be underneath if you remove your grill where the condensor is and it sounds like you have a clog in your drain hose where the bottom of that evaporator is, so my suggestion is to try with warm water using a turkey bastor and forcing some water down that drain hose and if after so long say a couple of weeks or so if that dont work as far as ice building up around that drain put a small piece of copper wire wrapped around your defrost heater and let it hang downward inside the drain so when it go's into defrost mode it will heat the drain also. Just make sure the wire is not put to far down into the drain where the heat will warm that plastic drain hose when heated.
