Freezer seems normal but refrig not cold enough. finally noticed that no matter what i set digital control to, as soon as I close the door it sets itself to 12deg & 33deg.
Fan seems to work and damper seems to work. What a piece of junk!

You are not getting good advice. Pull the back freezer panel and descibe the frost patrtern, total, heavy frost or partial.

Hahaha! thanks guys, i need all the advice i can get so i appreciate both of you helping out.

Cleaned the coils but not too dirty. The icemaker is working good. I took the cover off the electric damper and it seems to work better now. No problem with frost, but i did not remove back cover of freezer yet.
Thanks again for everyones help!
