Make sure both fans are running.
Look on the back of the freezer to see if there is heavy frost. Make sure the compressor is running. If the compressor is running, both fans are running and there is not heavy frost on the back cover of the freezer you will need to remove the back cover off the freezer. Describe to us what kind of frost you see on the coils. Is it heavy frost, light frost on the entire coils, heavy and light frost, ect. Post what you find. Refrigerator repair guide |

I don't see any frost at all and the compressor feels hot to touch. The fan blowing on the compressor is running and the fan in the freezer compartment is blowing air also. The back was very dusty and the air vent was probably about 90% blocked when I first moved the fridge out to change the motherboard.

If the compressor is running and there is no frost at all you have a refrigeration problem. However, if the compressor is hot it may be short cycling clean all the dust off the condenser. Also unplug the refrigerator and remove the cover off the side of the compressor. Then pull the relay off (#733 on your parts breakdown) and shake it. If it rattles when you shake it, replace it.

I believe you have a sealed system problem if you know the compressor is running and there is not frost on the coils in the freezer. Note that it should have a thin layer of frost on the coils. If not the refrigerator may have a bad compressor, clogged capillary tub or short on refrigerant. None of which are average do-it-yourself jobs best if left to professionals with proper equipment.
