Everything works fine except the ice maker, all of a sudden, only dispenses crushed ice. I tried dumping the ice out and cleaning the bin but still only crushed even if you put it to cubed. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Pull the ice bin back out and take a look at the cradle and solenoid that the arm on the side of the bin goes into. The solenoid has to lift the arm to bypass to cutters. Below is a pic of the solenoid and also a link to your model, in case it's more then that.

Thanks Frank, I see the solenoid as shown in the picture however the round metal piece was under the bin and I don't see anywhere on the side of the bin for it to go. The arm that rotates the ice comes out the back of the bin and is skinny and there is no hole in the part on the back of the freezer. Can you tell me where the round pc. shown in the picture should be attached to the bin.

The round metal piece is the plunger that goes into the solenoid pictured. Sounds like something broke. Did you take a look at the drawing of your model? You'll see the pieces involved. There is a plastic cradle that also hooks onto the solenoid plunger, which the skinny rod on the side of your bin goes into. The opening I was speaking of is in the squared opening in the back of the freezer where the ice bucket slides into. Use the below link and go to the dispenser area.
