hi my email is ocsurveillance@cox.net i need help in fixing this refrigerator its a hotpoint g.e. model number ctx18basgrad i took pictures of the back..it is missing a hose i have it but it is not attached to fridge... the freezer is ice cold.. it was stored 1/1/2 years and dolly moved it I think plastic hoses on back came loose there is a hole chest level something might plug in.....no cold air in fridge...only ice cold in freezer....my pictures will show....i hope you can help let me know where to send pics and thanks

It would be best to attach photos to your post. This will increase your chances in having a technician help you. To attach photos you will need to do the following:

1. Click on the "Edit Reply" button
2. Click on the "Go Advanced" button (This will allow you to access to more features)
3. Scroll down past "Additional Options" and click on "Manage Attachments"

From there you can add photos from your computer to your post just as you would an email.
