Model Number: csx20easm Brand: Hotpoint Age: More than 10 years
Last summer my problem started but went away during winter so I forgot about it. Now that warm weather is back so is my problem. The warmer it is the worse is my problem.
Side by side. The refrigerator door seal and frame sort of bulge outward in the middle of the long edge. This causes the middle of the rubber seal to rub against the freezer door such that the door will not close by itself. I have to push it closed. The metal of the door is being pushed taking the seal with it, it seems like from the inside. If I open the freezer door it will close and then the freezer will close as well.
