fridge inop
Model Number: pfss5njwass Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My fridge is not cold, ice box is full of water, i can hear the fan, but everything is defrosted...Is it possible that it need freon.

 Please help me out. I bought this GE profile refridgerator about 4 years ago, when i purchased my house and i am having trouble keeping it cold Freezer is defrosted, freezer is not making ice and water is dripping from one of the lines in the back. Can you please tell me what the problem might be.
