Hi,

About 1 year ago the fridge side got warm after about 3-4 years of no issues. I completely shut down/defrosted unit and discovered the return air passage about 2/3 down in fridge side had iced up solid. The inside condenser had a fair amount of icing but not really bad. Happened again a few weeks ago but with no condenser ice up. Yesterday, the fridge side is getting warm again and there is no air coming in through top vent from freezer but air passage seems ok, at least from what can be seen. Only this time, the freezer is running too warm too, about 35-40.

I did read the sticky note on this and realized I hadn't heard the defroster run in awhile, although that's a matter of random chance. Probably helpful to know we have five kids so the fridge gets opened frequently.

Where do I start? Thanks.
