The ice maker door won't open every 4th or 5th time we use it. We have replaced both the motor AP4410923 and the control board AP3882921. It still does the same thing. Even though the door does not open, ice still flows to the shut. When you release the pressure plate you can hear the motor try to close the door that never opened. Once you hear that sound, you can again put pressure on the plate and this time the door will open and the ice dispenses into the cup. Evidently neither the motor or the control board we replaced were defective. Again, this does not happen every time. It seems to consistently refuse to open every 4th or 5th time we try. Can you help?
