Got this used fridge to use in the garage to have pop and stuff. It was pretty clean when I got it and my wife cleaned it all up really good took everything out of it and scrubbed it all down inside and everything she took out.
Works great for a week but now has a nasty smell especially the freezer section. We put baking soda in freezer and the fridge.Still had the smell so a guy said to put coffee grounds and we had that in there for a few days and man it is just horrible with the smell still. You cant drink any of the water or pop in there without having that smell on the can.
We cleaned the tray on top of the compressor in the back.Everything is all closed up really there is nothing else to get to to clean.I am stumped to where this odor is coming from.Short of taking the whole fridge apart what can I do?
It is a Frigidaire model frt19p Thanks
