ice maker
Model Number: d7824709q Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
no water goes to my ice maker any more. water goes all the way up to where it goes through the back of the fridge. its like there is no signal telling the water to go. the ice maker turns. i filled it with water manually and it makes the ice and dumps it like it should. water is still turned on and not kinked because the water still comes out the door. to check the filter i just pulled the filter out and replaced it with the bypass cap. im not sure if it is the ice maker, ice maker wiring harness, or the dual water valve.
