Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

Both the fridge and freezer are not coming down to temp...both is slightly cooler than room temp. Checked the compressor and there is no leaks only lots of dust.

Light works and can hear the fan running.

Manufactured in 08/04.

Thermostat? freon? Thanks.

The first thing you may want to do is remove the rear cover and the bottom front grille and clean the condenser coils. Then wait about 24 hours and check the temperature, using a good refrigerator thermometer. Post the results.

Did you measure the temperatures? Did it changed after cleaning?

Does the compressor work?

Do the fans inside the freezer and next to compressor work?
