Maytag water dispenser malfunction after new filter installed

Model Number: MZD2665HEQ Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Just changed the water filter in my Maytag refrigerator and the light over the water button won't turn on nor will it dispense water ..Only ice cube button is lit and functioning ..crushed ice button not working either nor is it lit ..What could possibly be the problem ??
