I ordered this fan it came hooked it up did not work. called back they sent me a another one it did not work. on the white to red VDC I read 13.4vdc on the yellow to white VDC I read 13.4Vdc. Am I missing something or could there really be a bad lot of motors. thanks for your help

You are missing a square wave on one set of pins to the motor. You must replace the motherboard, the old motor blew it out.AP4436216
