I have 2 questions. How can I find out what year my fridge was built in. And how can I get the water dispenser to stop leaking. When it was new we had service call after service call and they relpaced parts, but it still will not stop. It drips so much that it will fill the tray and spill over before morning. This has caused the front of the fridge to have water stains.

Thanks for any help

1. The manufacturing date should be written on the name plate inside the fresh food compartment. If it's not there - post the serial number of the fridge.

2. Most likely the problem caused by the water inlet valve (on the back of the fridge).

- The part number for the water inlet valve is AP3160649

Thanks, I will look into that. When the repair men came to work on the fridge they only replaced parts from the water despencer. Do you have any tips on getting waterstains and the calicum build up off the front of the fridge without hurting the stainless steel?

Thanks again for your time!
