my kenmore side by side wont shut off ,the temp on both sides are normal

Measure the stabilized freezer temperature and post, should be below 5 degrees.

measured temp in freezer is 0 degrees

Sorry, I was away on vacation. I would pull the back freezer panel and check for frozen coils, your freezer temperature must be colder if running all the time.
