The freezer is not cooling and motor is not working both lights on the bottom are on, and the on switch is off, what can the problem be?

Looks like the on/off switch just controls the temperature alarm.

Is the fan running.
If yes then the problem is with the compressor or it's start device.

If neither the fan or the compressor are running then the problem is probably with the control.

Have you tried unplugging the unit for a couple minutes to see if it will rest. Could be you are stuck in a defrost cycle.
