Default ice maker not working
Model Number: KSCS251   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 1 - 5 years

I have the usual problem: kitchenaid in door icemaker not making ice. When I close the flap inside the door on left the right LED flashes twice then stops continually. Does this mean I need to order new circut boards? If so, are they easy to install?

In such situation the optic boards are the first failure suspects.

This is not too difficult. Just a few screws to remove. Do not forget to unplug the fridge first.
